Cancellation and Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If you need to cancel an order, you may do so within 12 to 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will be treated under our return policy instead.

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 to 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and clearance products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and sale conditions. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed based on your preference.

Refunds are typically processed within a few business days after approval and will be issued to your original payment method. Delivery fees are generally non refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or defective item.
